These terms govern your use of Fypmix at fypmix.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Fypmix on behalf of a label or company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate account details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Label plans may invite collaborators to seats; the seat owner is responsible for what their collaborators do with shared projects.

You keep all rights in the audio you upload and in the mixes generated from it. You confirm that you own or control the necessary rights to every track you upload and to create derivative versions of it. Do not upload material you are not licensed to remix.

You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your files, generate and store the versions and exports you request, and serve them through the share links you create.

• No uploading of infringing, unlawful or hateful material.
• No attempts to bypass plan limits, quotas, share-link controls or authentication.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse of the service or its chart data.
• No reselling access to Fypmix without our written agreement.

Free accounts include a limited number of versions per month. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, we may pause generation after a short grace period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

FYP Scores, Moment Finder suggestions and chart data are analytical estimates provided for guidance. They are not predictions or guarantees of views, streams, playlist placement or revenue, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Spotify or Billboard.

We may add, change or remove features, and we may set reasonable technical limits such as file size or processing quotas. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You may stop using Fypmix and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create legal risk, or abuse the service. On termination your right to use Fypmix ends and we may delete your stored files after a reasonable period.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fypmix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of your masters; Fypmix is not a backup service.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision, and continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions: support@fypmix.com.
