Privacy Policy

Fypmix (“Fypmix”, “we”, “us”) is an AI remix strategist for musicians and music marketers, available at fypmix.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the service and what we do with it.

• Account information. Your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — the name and avatar your Google account shares with us.
• Audio you upload. The audio files you add to a project, plus the mixes and exports generated from them.
• Project data. Track titles, detected tempo and key, chosen goals, selected clip windows, FYP scores, version history and activity logs of changes made to a project.
• Sharing and link data. When a share, export or invite link is opened we record the event type and time. Link tokens are stored in redacted form for analytics.
• Billing information. Your plan, subscription status and renewal dates. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and are never received or stored by Fypmix.

Mix transforms — sped up, slowed and reverbed, pitch and tempo changes, loop rendering and MP3/WAV encoding — run locally in your browser using the Web Audio API. Your audio is not sent to a third-party AI service to be transformed. Files are uploaded to our storage only so that your projects, versions and share links persist across devices.

• To create and run your account, projects, mixes and share links.
• To enforce plan limits, such as the monthly version quota.
• To process subscription payments and handle upgrades, downgrades and cancellations.
• To keep audit records of goal changes, regenerations and shared-cache writes for security.
• To operate, debug and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded audio to train AI models.

We use service providers to run Fypmix: hosting and database/storage/authentication infrastructure, Stripe for payments, and chart data providers for public trend and chart information. They process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Share, download and ZIP links you generate are accessible to anyone who has the link, so treat them as public. You can revoke saved links from a version card at any time, which invalidates the link for future visitors.

Access to project data is enforced per-account at the database level, and files are served through signed, expiring URLs. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your share links private when the material is unreleased.

We keep your projects, audio and exports while your account is active. You can delete projects and versions from the app, and you can request deletion of your account and its data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your projects, uploaded audio and generated exports; limited billing records may be retained where we are legally required to keep them.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond.

Fypmix is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
